Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free Shipping Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Thresholds are displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 (If Applicable) 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will resolve it promptly.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time. We will contact you if there are any delays.
