A: We offer a wide range of packaging solutions including blister packs, vials, bottles, pill organizers, labels, and compliance packaging designed for retail pharmacies, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.

Q: Do you provide custom packaging solutions?
A: Yes, we offer custom packaging options to fit your pharmacy’s branding or specific operational needs. Contact our sales team for a quote and design consultation.

Orders & Pricing

A: Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the product. Most standard items have a low minimum, but custom orders may require higher volumes. A-Series requires 2 case minimum and B Series 3 case minimum.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed through our website, via email, or by contacting a dedicated sales representative. We also accept purchase orders from approved clients.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes, we offer tiered pricing and discounts on bulk orders. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is your lead time for orders?
A: Standard items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take longer. You’ll receive estimated delivery times at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we do not ship internationally.  Domestic shipping is available across 48 U.S. states. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping rates are calculated based on order size and destination. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders. Most items are tagged with shipping if minimums aren’t met. 

Returns & Support

 Q: What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

2. Restocking Fee

All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or defective product.
